The middle of the screen contains a chart of the
index requested. The index values are charted by quarter over a 20-year
period. The index numbers themselves are relative values. For
example, a value of 120 in the first quarter of 1987 and a value of
180 in the first quarter of 1992 would indicate that house prices
appreciated 50% over that 5-year period.
The bottom of the screen contains the VALUE of the property and the confidence SCORES associated with that value.
