80% LTV
An 80% LTV option is available to calculate
first mortgage amount, equity in dollars, equity as a percentage and
current loan to value ratio when first mortgage amount is not
known.

Add
A button that adds a particular selected criteria.
Area Code
Screen
This screen allows you to choose one or more
area codes. Input an area code range then click Add or
Remove; or highlight one or more
states then click Next. A list of cities is then displayed.
Highlight one or more cities then click Next. A list of
area
codes is then displayed. Highlight one or more area codes then click
Add or
Remove.
City Screen
This screen allows you to choose one or more
cities. Highlight one or more states then click Next. A
list of cities is then displayed. Highlight
one or more cities then click Add or Remove.
Clear Currently
Selected Criteria
Check this box when you want to
clear all previous criteria selected from previous counts during the
same user session.

Method Screen.
Conventional
A type of conforming loan backed by any
lending institution. Rates attached to these loans are the average
monthly 30 yr mortgage rates supplied by HSH.

Count Summary
Screen
This screen displays the summary of the
selected list criteria the user has chosen to run a count.
To change any list criteria the user must
check the box then click Edit or Remove.
The user has the option of running a Quick Count or
a Detailed
Count/Purchase.
Count Results
Screen
The Count Results screen is broken into four
sections:
1) Count name, total
records in count and time of count.
2) Criteria summary,
output format and additional output fields.
The Criteria summary contains the list
criteria selected to run the count along with the price per list
criteria.
The Output format specifies which of the output
formats the user has specified along with the price per record.
There are two output formats available, standard and extended.
See the price list tab for details on both layouts. User must
check their preferred layout. The user can also check the "Add Item"
button and select various individual fields which will be added to
either standard or extended layouts.
3) Save
Criteria
Each user list can be saved with a file name
by clicking on the "save criteria" button. Files names can be
overwritten with the exception of list file names which have been
purchased.
4) Purchase Order
form
The purchase order form screen gives the
user the options to purchase:
1) All records 2)
The first n number of records 3) Every nth
record to a limit of n records
The "Purchase"
button purchases the list. At this point, billing has begun.
The "Recalculate" button allows you to
refresh the screen in order to adjust the price based on what was
selected by the user on the purchase order form.
County
Screen
This screen allows you to choose one or
more counties. Highlight one or more states then click Next.
A list of counties is then displayed. Highlight
one or more counties then click Add or Remove.
Create New
List
This button starts the new list with the
file name that is provided by the user in the name of new list
box.

derived using the formula ((first mortgage amount + second mortgage

Download Results
Screen
This screen displays a summary of not only
the currently purchased list but all other purchased list in the
last 30 days. The following information is shown in the summary:
Query Name: Name of purchased list Status: Status of each query which
include:
Queued, Executed and Complete Results:
"Download" indicates the file is ready File
Size: Size in KB Record Count: Number of
records in file
The "refresh" button will update the status
if changed.
The "remove" button will remove any
purchased file that has been downloaded already.
Edit
This button loads a list
or criteria.
Equity ($)
Screen
This screen allows you to select a range of homeowners
equity ($) followed by clicking Add or Remove.
The equity ($) is derived using
the formula (current value - (first mortgage amount + second
mortgage amount)).

of homeowners equity (%) followed by clicking Add or
Remove. The equity (%) is derived using
the formula 100-(((first mortgage amount + second mortgage
amount)/current value)* 100).

MailingLists.com is a tool designed to
target specific homeowners for mail or phone campaigns. It is driven
by a database containing information on nearly 42 million
residential properties and their homeowners located in over 1,000
counties nationwide.
MortgageLists.com functionality allows users to prepare, count
and purchase lists of homeowner records in six easy steps. The
Instructions Screen outlines the
steps needed to complete the list creation process.
- The Price List Screen contains all product
description and pricing
information.
- The Start Count Screen creates a name for a new
list or allows the load of an
existing saved list.
- The Criteria Screens allows you to select the
parameters needed to
create a custom list.
- The Count Summary Screen summarize a selected list
and also run the count
totals.
- The Count Results Screen allows you
to purchase any created list.
- The Download Screen allows you
to download all the created lists.

The order of instructions follows the same

Lender Name
Screen
This screen allows you to
select specific lender names for first or second mortgages. The first letter(s)
of a specific lender name is inputted in the space provided
followed by the "submit" button. A list of possible lenders fills
the selects list box. Next, highlight the lender(s) and clicks Add
or Remove.

Lender Type
Screen
This screen allows you to select one or more
first or second mortgage lender types. Options available are: banks,
savings and loans, mortgage companies, credit unions, federal
savings banks, resorts (timeshares), finance companies,
construction companies, real estate companies, partnerships,
insurance companies, service, trust, government agencies, business,
individual, seller, unknown and sub-prime.

Length of Residence
Screen
This screen allows you to select a
range of homeowner's length of residence followed by clicking Add
or Remove. This value is derived using the
formula: (current date-date of purchase).

Screen
This screen allows you to select a
first mortgage rate range. The valid rate range is 0.00 to 99.99.
Rates are present for FHA, VA and
Conventional
mortgages.

Screen
This screen allows you to select one or
more first or second mortgage loan type. Options available are:
credit line, FHA, farm loan, Hula Mae, conventional,
private,
seller and VA.

Loan Rate Type
Screen
This screen allows you select one or
more first or second mortgage loan rate types. Options available
are: adjustable, biweekly, open, fixed, grad, demand,
balloon and variable.

Mortgage Amount
Screen
This screen allows you to select a
first mortgage amount range then clicks Add or
Remove. The first mortgage amount is not
always available. To calculate the first loan amount using an 80%
LTV the user must click the "Yes".

This screen allows you to select a
first mortgage date range then clicks Add or Remove.

MSA Screen
This screen allows you to choose one or
more MSAs. Highlight one or more states then click Next.
A list of MSAs are then displayed.
Highlight one or more MSAs then click Add or Remove.
Name of New
List
This is the name you provided for the
list.

This button loads the next screen.
Original
A mortgage that is closed at the time of the
sale of a residence.

This screen allows you to select a
list using phone number. These phone numbers are regularly updated
using an outside phone service.

Purchase Price
Screen
This screen allows you to select a
range of residences purchase prices followed by clicking Add
or Remove.

Quick Count
Click the "Quick Count" button to run a list
count that will return an overall count to your list criteria which

Refinance
A mortgage that is closed sometime during
the life of the original first mortgage with the sole intent of
closing.

This button removes a list or criteria.
Saved Lists

This screen displays a list of all
saved lists by current user. Click Edit to load the list
or click Remove to delete it.
